Corporate United participates in
Race for the Cure
On Saturday, September 12, Corporate United employees met in downtown Cleveland to participate in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k run/walk. Leading up to the event, the team conducted fundraising activities to support the cause. Throughout Northeast Ohio, several Corporate United members had the same goal; three member companies – Progressive Insurance, Swagelok and Sherwin-Williams – were among the top 20 most successful fundraisings teams in the corporate division. Thank you to everyone who supported the Corporate United team. Overall donations for the event totaled nearly $1.5 million, which will be distributed for both national research and local breast cancer education programs, as well as awareness and survivor programs.
