Introduction to Corporate United’s Redesigned Website

Providing our members with access to the broader spend management community and one another is an important part of the Corporate United mission. In that spirit we are excited to announce the launch of the new Corporate United website which we are confident will serve as an effective source of industry information.

The new site will feature an entirely new look, but the changes to corporateunited.com do not end there. The update includes three sections that will provide users with a valuable resource; Solutions for Buyers, Member Resources, and the Knowledge Center.

Solutions for Buyers
This section contains detailed information on:

• Corporate United’s category solutions (including the option of downloading the category booklet)
• Our approach to assessments, sourcing, implementation and compliance, contract management and supplier development
• Case studies detailing the experience of Corporate United members with our categories
• Our value proposition

Member Resources
The Member Resources section offers many of the same components as the old Member Login section, though with improved the functionality, as well as several new features.

Message board. Now fully searchable, the message board is divided into three categories: questions from the membership, communication from Corporate United, and job postings.
Contract information. Here you can find a list of our offerings and corresponding supplier, supplier contact information, and a link to the category sheet.        
Member directory. The old site contained a list of members; the updated member list is fully sortable and searchable, leading to improved networking among members.
Document archive. As before, the website has archived presentations and summaries from Corporate United events.
Interactive sourcing roadmap. This interactive roadmap offers members an up-to-date view of current projects and what categories will be addressed next. Members can express interest in committee activity, recommend categories, and communicate with the Corporate United sourcing team.

Knowledge Center
The Knowledge Center is what makes www.corporateunited.com the single source of information for indirect spend management professionals. It will be an ever-evolving and growing resource for anyone in the procurement field. Among other things, it features a Functional Alignment Center where individuals can find procurement information specific to departments such as human resources, IT, facilities, operations and more. The Blog Center presents blogs from industry experts and Corporate United team members. An Industry Events Calendar lists the most important events and webinars in the procurement world. The Knowledge Center will become the first place spend management professionals go for industry information.  

Corporate United is excited to present this new website as a tool for our membership and others in the spend management community, and we look forward to revealing more valuable components of the site in the coming months.
