New Offerings and Competitive
Pricing through Intercall Renegotiation

At the end of October, Corporate United and Intercall, our conferencing supplier and also the largest supplier in the world specializing in conferencing communications, arrived at a renegotiated agreement that we are very excited to present to our members. A combination of better rates, new offerings, individual rebates and group discounts will make this contract a very appealing one to any company with conferencing spend, be it audio, video or web. Most importantly, the agreement is founded on Intercall’s easy-touse solutions that save companies time and money and are supported by over 500 Meeting Consultants and a service staff of 1,500.

Corporate United is pleased to count Intercall as one of our industry-leading suppliers. Named the 2007 North American Conferencing Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan, Intercall meets the needs of demanding businesses by providing real-time remote interaction through various applications in a world of remote workforces and “mobile warriors.” In addition to the many services that Intercall currently provides under the contract, new service offerings on the agreement include:

• Brain Shark – allows users to archive and edit web conference sessions

•Crisis Connect – provides users the tools to most effectively communicate company-wide emergency plans in the event of a crisis

•Intellicast – delivers a personalized and interactive notification of late or pending payments to assist with account tracking and support

•Additional discounts on video and audio equipment
