A provider of removable data storage products posted this
question and received two responses within thirty minutes.
Q. We are investigating the cost for a third party logistics firm to handle our warehouse operations. How have other companies structured these fees? In an open book situation with a negotiated mark-up, what percent mark-up is reasonable? How big of a driver is the length of the 3PL agreement? On what do you base the level of fees for a performance based system?
