Upcoming Regional
Meetings: "Negotiating in Tough Times"
Corporate United’s fall and winter Regional
Member Meetings will feature Stephen Frenkel,
Director of Negotiation Programs for
Mediation Works, Inc. (MWI) and past SYNERGY
speaker, as the presenter. Due to the
overwhelmingly positive feedback we received
after Mr. Frenkel’s SYNERGY 2009
presentation, we have invited him to speak
at all four of our upcoming regional
meetings.
Negotiating in Tough
Times:
Navigating Challenging Negotiations
During an Economic Downturn
Presented by Stephen Frenkel,
Director of Negotiation Programs for MWI
In this economy, procurement
professionals are often tasked with
difficult negotiations in challenging
circumstances. Management wants lower
prices, greater value, sustained quality and
viable long-term working relationships.
Meanwhile, vendors receiving these requests
from every account, push back in their
mutual struggles to survive.
Mr. Frenkel’s interactive
presentation will delve into the dynamics of
the current economy and its impact on
procurement negotiations and
re-negotiations. He will provide attendees
with the tools and tips they need to
successfully address these challenges and
meet their goals.
