three-year contract with Choctaw-Kaul
Distribution Company (effective August 1,
2009). Choctaw-Kaul and Corporate United
worked diligently to deliver cost reduction
solutions throughout the re-negotiated
agreement, which provides:

based on Corporate United member usage

An enhanced group rebate
incentive

Improved service level
commitments

Competitive non-core
list pricing
Additionally, all dollars
that stream through the contract qualify as
tier one minority spend. Corporate United
and Choctaw-Kaul will also work with
participating members to customize and
support e-procurement order requirements.
