Mid-Year Review and Supplier Showcase Recap

Corporate United has continued to grow leaps and bounds over the past year, and the mid-year review at the Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio allowed several dozen members the opportunity to catch up on the changes. The presentation featured a number of important updates on the sourcing roadmap, including the latest update on the Vendor Managed Staffing Solution. Since last year’s mid-year review, Corporate United has added twenty-seven new member companies. This number puts the combined annual revenue of all Corporate United members at well above $500 billion. This is truly an accomplishment. In addition to the new member companies, Corporate United has also welcomed four new employees. Ara Arslanian (director of market development), Jeffrey Goldford (director of member development – Chicago), Geetika Kharbanda (supply chain analyst) and Vikki Lethbridge (director of member development – Cleveland) will each be taking on important roles in delivering more value to our growing membership.

Along with the great member networking that occurs at every Corporate United event, the Supplier Showcase provided an opportunity for members to meet and discuss offerings in a relaxed setting. Members and the suppliers alike appreciated having the time to develop new relationships and discuss current agreements.
