David Clevenger Named 2009
"Pro to Know"

David Clevenger, vice president of Corporate United, has been selected a Supply & Demand Chain Executive 2009 "Pro to Know" for the third consecutive year for making an outstanding contribution to the field of supply and demand chain management.

Clevenger was named a 2009 "Pro to Know" for his strategy on how companies should manage supply chain in the current state of the economy. His strategy includes a combination of disciplines called strategic category management (SCM) designed to address spend management in an evolving, global economy. Clevenger has successfully implemented SCM methodologies across Corporate United’s portfolio of leveraged agreements. As a result, participating Corporate United members are achieving, not only savings, but also building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers.
