Sourcing Project Updates: Forklifts
Corporate United conducted an RFP process for forklift sourcing and received a very good response from potential suppliers. In working with committee members to review the proposals and narrow the field to the top candidates, the member feedback/evaluation is pointing us to a comprehensive fleet management solution. As a result of this review and member input, we have gone back to the finalists to include some additional services. It is expected the committee will meet to confirm final supplier selection at the end of the first quarter, with the contract rolling out in the second quarter of 2009.
