CentiMark Contract Renegotiation

Corporate United entered into a new three-year contract with CentiMark, a full-service commercial and industrial roofing
contractor and parent company to QuestMark Flooring.

The new agreement, which became effective January 1, 2009, offers Corporate United’s more than 140 member companies the opportunity to participate in CentiMark’s roofing contract. In addition, the re-negotiated agreement also includes QuestMark Flooring products and services.

CentiMark was selected by our members as Corporate United’s 2008 Supplier of the Year.
